If you are having initial setup or WiFi problems, enter the make and model number of your WiFi router. For example, "Netgear WNDR3400".
This isn't required but it may help us get you an answer more quickly.
Please describe what is happening. If possible also send us a log file. In the SAMi app choose "Help", then "Send Log..." (or "Email Support"). If you would like us to contact you by phone, enter your phone number, a good time for us to call, and your timezone.
