If the list of all recordings is showing recordings but you are getting pictures of the SAMi camera instead of the recordings check that Settings -> Enable Automatic Recording Transfers is on. If it is and you are still not getting recordings being transferred then it is possible the Wi-Fi connection is having problems. Check Settings-> Camera Settings -> Camera Wi-Fi and make sure the Wi-Fi quality is reported as Good or Excellent.
If you are not getting any new recordings in “Recordings -> Recordings on SAMi camera SD card” try the following:
Check that Settings -> Camera Settings -> Record Mode is set to “Motion Only” or “Everything”
If the Record Mode is set to “Motion Only” check that Settings -> Camera Settings -> Record Threshold is between 10% and 20%.
Check that Settings -> Camera Settings -> Record Schedule is correct.
To test, set Schedule 1 to Enabled, All Day, Every day selected (all the buttons should be green).
Set Schedule 2, 3, and 4 to disabled.
Check that Settings -> Camera Settings -> SD Card is not reporting “Missing!”
If it is unplug the camera, pop the SD card out then back in and plug the camera back in.
If the SD Card is still reported as missing try a different SD card.
Choose Settings -> Camera Settings -> SD Card -> Format. This might resolve the problem.
